- The Boyer family have owned vineyards at Puissalicon in the Languedoc for three hundred years.
- Since 1977, under Jacques and Françoise Boyer, the focus has been on quality, improvement, and investment. The family are considered one of the multiple drivers in the current revival of the Languedoc wine.
- By significantly reducing yields from the vines, the harvests have provided grapes with highly concentrated fruit.
- This rosé is a 50:50 blend of Syrah and Grenache.
