• This Chianti Classico is predominantly Sangiovese that has been sourced from Castellina in Chianti, which is 280m above sea level
• The wine is clear and vivid ruby in colour, and it has an intense floral bouquet, with violet and iris aromas the most prevalent
• Pasta dishes involving meat, are the perfect match for this wine - lasagne and Bolognese are two obvious candidates!
